Each year, the Eastern Ontario Health Unit challenges our region’s employees and their families to take part in the On the Go challenge. This year’s On the Go 2012 challenge was a fun six-week challenge that encouraged employees and their families to be physically active and to eat the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables according to Canada’s Food Guide. Teams that completed the challenge were entered into a draw for prizes. 

On the Go 2012 winners:

• Team “WWM Wrights” from Beavers Dental
