The Watch Me Grow is a drop-in centre for parents of children under the age of six. 

At the Watch Me Grow, parents can have their children immunized and weighed.  You have access to Health Unit nurses who are available to answer all your questions and appease your worries.  You can get information on parenting, safety issues, breastfeeding, introduction of solids, your child’s development and much more.

These drop-in centres are very informal.  It is a chance to meet other parents and to receive free information and material that will make being a parent less worrisome.
