Prep time: 10 minutes                 Cook time: 0 min                                         Serves 1
Leafy greens (ie. Romaine, spinach, green leaf lettuce), 
shredded 1 cup (250 mL) 
Crunchy vegetable or fruit (i.e. cucumber, carrots, peppers, apple), 
diced ¼ cup (125 mL) 
Soft vegetable or fruit ( i.e. Tomato, avocado, roasted sweet potato), sliced  ¼ cup (125 mL)
Source of meat or alternative (i.e. roasted chicken/beef, beans, chickpeas, boiled egg, nuts/seeds) 1 CFG serving  (1/4-3/4 cup)
Vinaigrette dressing 2 tbsp
Toss all desired ingredients a small bowl.
